That was true for me too. I used to feel afraid of birth, and for a long time I did not really know how to prepare for it. What changed things for me was not having a perfect plan, but understanding my options and feeling more supported.
That experience is one of the reasons I created The Tiny Big Joys. This space is here to offer practical, and encouraging support through pregnancy, birth, and the first year with your baby, without fear-based messaging or pressure.
