Baby sleep can feel confusing, and often more exhausting than expected.

One phase works, then suddenly everything changes. It’s easy to wonder if you’re doing something wrong, even when nothing is actually wrong.
In reality, baby sleep is rarely linear. It develops over time, and there isn’t just one right way to approach it.
This is something I experienced myself. What helped was not strict methods or trying to control everything, but understanding what is normal and making small, gentle adjustments that supported both my baby’s sleep and my own rest.
That’s why I created a simple Baby Sleep Guide.
It brings together practical, realistic tips from my original podcast conversations with baby sleep coach and feeding specialist Teija Kautto, whose guidance has helped many families navigate sleep, feeding, and early routines in a supportive way.
Inside this guide you will find eg.:
- Simple things to consider to improve the sleep of your baby
- Suggestions for sleep set up to make sleep easier
- Ideas for timing to avoid overtiredness

You don’t have to do this perfectly or follow every advice given to you.
You just need something that works for you.
