The day has finally arrived! We are so excited to share that the very first episode of The Tiny Big Joys is officially out in the world.

If you’ve ever felt like you were "failing" at baby sleep because you couldn't stick to a rigid schedule, this episode is a deep exhale just for you.

Episode 01: Baby Sleep Without Rules

In this debut episode, we sit down with baby sleep expert Lauren Weber to uncover what no one tells new moms. We’re moving away from the "rules" and moving back toward the one thing most experts leave out: trusting yourself.
